For pure online backup (no syncing data across multiple computers), we recommend Backblaze.
For a combination of secure online backup and the ability to sync across multiple computers, we recommend MyPCBackup, SugarSync or DropBox (slightly pricier than SugarSync but a bit easier to use), or SpiderOak if you want to backup your external drives as well.
